Candace Cliatt Little is a family law attorney practicing primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta area. She is the CEO and managing attorney at Smith & Little, P.C., specializing in contested divorces, child custody modifications, paternity suits, child support establishment, alimony/spousal support, equitable division of assets and liabilities, modifications of final orders, contempt actions, marital agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, separation maintenance agreements, family violence actions, mediation, and arbitration. With a passion for reuniting families and a fervent hope to give her clients a “life after divorce,” Candace approaches each of her cases from a Biblical perspective and with the client’s legal and emotional needs in mind.
Candace graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University, and received her Bachelor of Arts in English. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Candace recently completed a professional course in Trademarks Practice at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is also a certified divorce coach.
Candace is a member of Victory Church, and a loving Soror to the accomplished women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As a wife and mother herself, Candace enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
